  I have lived in a house that Active Duty represents the owner for over 2 years now. They are fantastic in dealing with them on any issue. Whether if is a problem, question, or just and inquiry. All personnel are informed, knowledgeable and most helpful. You can on line or in person. Submit maintenance request on line and it takes just a minimal time and they respond with the action they have taken. In closing, A-1 CLASS ORGANIZATION....

  UPDATE: We place our original review years ago. We wanted to update that we are still with Active Duty and still loving the service they provide. We have peace of mind knowing our home is in good hands with good hands! ~~~~~ We have a home we rent through Active Duty Real Estate. We tried several other companies who did not seem to really care about our house or tenants- especially when it came to maintenance and repair issues. We love this company because they truly care about our house and our tenants. When repairs are needed, they take time to send someone to check it out and give us a quote for what it will take to fix it. They communicate very well and ensure we know what's happening, when it happens, and why. We are so thankful to have someone managing our property who really cares.
