  HORRIBLE! If you are reading this, all the negative responses are more than likely true. You don't read that many negative comments and not think it's true. My experience comes from Michelle Briese. I have explained myself too many times about this realtor and yet nothing gets done. Myself and another neighbor have gone to speak with her manager (about 4 years ago), he pretty much brushed our concerns under the rug. These people definitely look out for each other. Anyway, specifically my issue is that my subdivision has an HOA. Every year we get a nice letter that says when it is due and if it isn't then the home could have a lien placed on it. My problem is that, I pay every year on time, I ask for evidence that the money given to her is still in an account. I get nothing from this lady except excuses. When I asked one year, I received a word document. On it was basic numbers that didn't tell me the total amount of the HOA and what is being used. Residents are having to take time to mow untamed lots that have not been sold, they are cleaning up the from entrance, when this was specifically supposed to be taken care of by the HOA money. When you try to bring it up( very respectful) and question it, she gets nasty, even threatened to lawyer up or blame people for slander for her lack of work abilities. At this point, I'm convinced the money has been spent on her luxury and leisure activities. She is not good at returning phone calls. I mean how much more does one take. I have proof I have been a modeled person in asking for what I have. Also, we have yet to have a an annual HOA meeting. She didn't want to have one because she was afraid people were going to gang up her. No, it's simple. People bought a home from her and want answers. Anyway, I'm over her and this Century 21, some of those people see military families and take advantage. I wish I would have not bought from her or did business with this Century 21. P.S. It took me this long to even write a review, so no this not oh I'm mad, this is to help others.

  Great experience, I had Shane Dietlin as our realtor and he was very helpful even with our picky restrictions. I was weary about going to a big realtor company but I was very impressed and highly suggest Shane!
