  There are bugs everywhere. Every time they spray for bugs it barely even does anything. The neighbors smoke in their apartment, they have animal feces everywhere and the smell seeps into our apartment. Me, my mother and father( who doesn't even live here) have called the health department but they said they can't do anything about it which makes no sense. And management here can't do anything about the smell. I hate it here.

  My husband and I currently live here. It's awful. Our neighbor blares her music at ALL HOURS of the night. Argues over a parking spot when there is no assigned parking. Bangs on our front and back door at all hours because we won't move our vehicle. Bangs on the walls. The lady at the front desk won't do anything about it. We've had to call the police twice on our neighbor. There's always partying. HUGE, HUGE cockroaches and other bugs no matter how clean you keep your apartment. They half ass spray pest spray. The walls haven't been painted in years so they're yellowing. Nothing gets fixed if it's broken. The electric is higher than it should be. People speed in and out of there. We believe our apartment is haunted. Strange, unexplained things happen. People are always in your business and spy on you. People have told us there have been shootings and gangs here. Certain people are racist. Yeah it's cheap, but it's not worth it. Definitely don't recommend living here.

  Absolutely wonderful experience from viewing the apartment to moving in. Brittainy in the front office is an amazing woman. She was helpful through the whole process, friendly, enthusiastic, and most importantly she genuinely cared about my father's situation. She is beyond a 5 star employee.
